Clothed frottage with High Risk Woman

Sorry, I am coming again with a new question - I was involved in clothed frottage with a woman who is high-risk (CSW). I was naked but she was wearing underwear and pants. I didn't involve myself into oral, anal or vaginal sex since I didn't have condom.

Frottage was substantial and assuming she her fluids came out of 2 layers of clothes is there any chance of hepatitis and other STDs?

STIs do not go through clothing. Even if her pants were wet, you weren't at risk.

You don't need to be tested and you don't need to worry. There is no risk here.

Thank you
@auntiejessi - Just ensuring if I understood correctly, even if her pants were wet with vaginal fluids there is no risk of HIV/Hepatitis/Any stds even if they touch my genital and the mucous membranes?
You are just asking the same question in a different way.  The answer will NOT change. You cannot get STDs through clothing, no matter what "what if" you can think of.
I am sorry but I should have asked this earlier. My only additional point in the question is if the woman in contention was menstruating.  Will that make any difference?
That would not make any difference.
Nothing would make any difference: you had no risk for any STI or any other infection.
You are being irrational; such way of "what if" thinking will make you spiral into mental disorder. You should seek psychological help as soon as possible.
If she was menstruating, she'd have a tampon in or would be using a pad. Women don't walk around just leaking blood.

If there were any kind of risk, I'd have told you. I agree with grobick - seeking a therapist would be a great idea. Your anxiety is a bigger risk to you than any sexual activities you are doing.
