Concerns over oral sex

Thanks for taking the time, last week i got intimate with a lady i've dating. I was previously STD tested after a long relationship, right before the fully protected intercourse my partner suggested oral sex instead since penetration wasnt happening naturally, asked me if i was clean answered yes and asked her back same question then agreed to go unprotected. The experience was unpleasant, and slightly painful, afterward realized that some blood was stuck under thin layer of skin which worried me. My partner admitted she was a virgin and had limited experience, adding to that a small language barrier. I asked her if she got checked or not due to her being a virgin, and limited herself to oral sex as far as i knew, she took offense and we didn't communicate ever since.
My concerns are as follow, i know there is a limited risk for man receiving, would that increase with skin trauma and small cuts. I find the situation comical yet concerning as i take my sexual health seriously. I plan on getting checked
Thanks

Well, depending on what "virgin" means here, and "limited experience", it's kind of hard to quantify your risk. If she had no experience, including oral sex, then your only risk would have been genital herpes type 1 if she had oral hsv1.

If you already have oral hsv1, you can't get it again genitally, so that would eliminate that as a risk. You can have oral hsv1 even if you don't remember ever getting symptoms - most people never get any symptoms.

If she's given oral sex before, there is a risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU and syphilis. Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries, and the chances of others is much lower with oral sex.

The blood under the skin doesn't concern me as far as increasing your risk - your chances sound really low given her lack of experience.
