When we are nervous, we sometimes pick up on every tingle, itch, sensation.  If you continue to have the issue, go back to your doctor. Don't know, but perhaps yeast is an issue which can happen with antibiotics. Get checked out but don't be alarmed.

Thanx man but yah like I said I'm constantly thinking of it and on Google searching symptoms and what what. But what us the chance that levofloxacin didn't work that's why I said maybe trichomoniasis I don't know. And also feel like urinating the whole time
Antibiotics can fail.  And if you still have symptoms, go back to the doctor. Besides yeast, antibiotics are also know to increase urinary tract infections due to killing off good bacteria.  Urge to urinate is a sign of that.  So, talk to your doctor

It could be from checking the whole time, sure. Depends on how much you're irritating the area.

You can also call the doctor and say it doesn't seem like you are over the problem yet, and ask about maybe having one more week of the levofloxacin, or if you should come in to be seen.

Once when I had cellulitis on my arm, the number of days I was supposed to take meds didn't make it go away, so the doctor prescribed a second course of the antibiotics. It went away in that course. The doc didn't argue with me or anything. In short, you could call your doc about this and expect a reasonable answer.
