Been 8 months

I noticed a red bump on the underside of my penis didn’t really hurt to touch it. I ended up popping it (I know I shouldn’t have) and whiteish yellowish pus came out. It has now gone down a lot and is almost healed about a week later now. You can still see a little pin hole type thing in the center. I presume that could even be the hair follicle. It’s been dry and never oozed before or after I popped it. And doesn’t look like an open sore. Could this be an std still or am I just freaking out? It’s been 8 months since last partner. And most show up 3 weeks to 3 months. I got tested already as well. Just waiting a few days for results
