HIV, STD´s, ???

Hello, I have a question because i´m very worried. Three weeks ago i was in a sex pub, and i gave several french kisses with a woman sex worker. Now i have sore throat and i have cold in the street with 23 ºC,and i´m very worried.
When i kissed the woman i didn´t saw any strange in her lips or mouth.

Is possible infected me with HIV or other STD?,  What advice can you give me?.

For you, it's not neccesary to testing my status although i have a light sore throat and swollen lymphs neck, not fever. I don't understand as i can infected with hiv or  other std only french kisses (not deep). I'm very worried, because ihave a girlfriend and i gave a french kiss that night, from that day i have had any sexual relation with her (only that kiss) and she has sore throat too. I'm  going crazy. Three days after of the risk situation i went the doctor and had a faryngeal exudate the result were negative. What opinion has you about this? Thanks for your help.

Hi, simple kissing is not any std risk. Bacteria would be in the back of her throat.
