Risk of chlamydia with sex worker

Hi all,

I know questions like these have been answered countless times but everyone has their own experience and would want to understand their own individual risk. I am a 31 year old man who frequents massage parlors where extra services are offered. My history over the past month has been two occasions with condom protected vaginal sex and two accounts of condom covered oral sex. During all sessions there is hand to genital contact both on myself and the sex worker. In one such instance, the girl touched herself with some lube then proceeded to place a condom on me before giving oral. She used her fingers to stretch the condom over my penis before rolling it on the rest of the way with her mouth. I am particularly worried that because she touched herself first, then the inside of the condom with her fingers, that she essentially trapped my penis in the condom with her vaginal fluid also inside. What is the likelihood that chlamydia or ghonnorea was transferred in this manner? The sexual health status of the worker is unknown to me. Would any of the other encounters have posed a risk of chlamydia or ghonnorea even though I would deem those encounters to be a little more formal with the condom applied before the hand to genital contact occurred. As for symptoms, definitely thinking about the tip of my penis 24/7. Feels like I cannot get rid of the feeling there's something at the tip of my penis, but no discharge when I wake up or stains in my underwear. After peeing I'm dribbling a decent amount even after feeling like I'm done. On one occasion I was able to milk what looked like pre *** out after urinating, but again no noticeable discharge or staining from discharge. All in all I'm pretty scared and could use some help.

If I'm understanding your encounters correctly, the only things done unprotected were touching. There is no risk for any STD transmission from touching.

If you have to milk your penis to get a discharge, it's not a discharge. Stop milking your penis and leave it alone for a few days (be kind to it, really) and if the feeling of something being in it doesn't go away, see your doctor, but it's not from the encounters you describe.
