Penis discharge

Hello doctors, i have a question. I live in europa and had a blowjob outside of my marriage (without condom) and after couple of weeks I had a sort of penis discharge. I tested for all STI twice over 5 months and all negative. Only STI i did not test was mycoplasma? I just had an intense workout where I saw penis discharge (no smell, clear). Is this normal or shall I test this mossing STI? I also did a bscterial test and they found klebsiella pseu and I had a antibiotics treatment (1 week) for that.

If you've tested twice for STDs over 5 months, and those are negative, you can trust those.

Mycoplasma isn't transmitted orally, so you don't need to worry about that one.

What antibiotic did you take?

A clear discharge for a short time isn't that alarming. If it doesn't stop, that's when it becomes something to worry about.

I just noticed that my foreskin/penis was wet when intens working out in the gym. Sometimes I have a small feeling I have a penis dischsrge and go check but there is nothing. I got the ciproflaxin 500mg 2x a day for 1 week.
Could it just be sweat?

If it only happens when you have an intense work out, I wouldn't worry about it.
