Protected sex with a prostitute. Should i be worried?

Hello, i recently (2days ago) was out with some friends and got pretty drunk, we got talking and it came up that i had never been with a prostitute (they frequently visit brothels) and they kinda pressured me into going to one with them that night, ordinarily i would have said no but i was drunk and easily persuaded into going with them and i have also haven't had sex in 4-5 months, so i was a bit in need. I was only with the girl for 20 mins. It was fully protected sex. I didn't even ejaculate. The only bad thing is the girl started playing with my anus, (I think she may have used a condom at one point to do this). I don't know if im being paranoid or if i should seriously get an std check.

HELP!

Hi

Sorry that it took a while for us to respond.  You describe a low risk exposure for STDs.   This means don't worry about it.

You asked for help, the only way I can help you is having you think about cutting down on the alcohol, as it impairs you to do things that you would not normally do.   Please do not take this as judgement because I drink, probably more than you.   But just so you know the correlation with STDs and impairment or lapse of judgement is strong.  Alcohol/intoxication is a strong factor that deals with the social aspects of these diseases.
