Can a syphilis chancre or herpes sore emerge one day after possible encouter?

Hello,

This could be a pretty obvious question, but I have a friend with whom I enjoy foot fetish activities - kissing and sucking on her toes, etc.  About one day after our last hangout, I noticed a sore on my upper lip. It didn't really hurt, but I felt it come one very quickly - It actually came out about a minute after I finished eating a pear.

My question is, could this be a syphilis chancre or a cold sore, or something connected to eating a hard pear with dry lips?  I've read on the net that cold sores and syphillis cancres take at least a few days to a week to come out, but wanted to ask your opinion.  Thanks!

Thanks for your answer, yeah I just read the CDC says 10-90 days, but some medical articles say 3-90, so I figured I'll ask here as well!
Yeah, herpes is an absolute minimum of 2 days, and syphilis is an absolute minimum of 10 days.

Syphilis is very, very rarely passed by kissing. I've never seen a case of it, personally.
Thank you!
