Chalmydia and Gonorrhea
any insight will be highly appreciated, cant get an appointment from my doctor until 1st week of February. Possible exposure Dec. 15 had all sorts of weird symptoms lately though the symptom that started wednesday night (28day) exposure is a bit puzzling, i started feeling very warm and a little pain while urinating (didn't see any white stuff coming out thought) , it lasted until friday. I was told to drink some fresh young coconut juice which I did around 3 glasses full that was around 3pm and quite surprisingly around 6pm the feeling has completely gone and up until today no such feeling can be felt anymore. Can this be gonorrhea, clamidya or syphillis that just went to its asymptomatic phase? Is it possible to have any of the above without seeing any pus like liquid coming out?
What is persistent that i am really concerned about is this always dry feeling around my mouth and lips although w/out any visible rash, anyone knows what this is or any symptom on what std? 2 days i started feeling something on the tip of my tongue, something like being burned drinking coffee but couldn't recall drinking or anything that would have caused this in the last few days.
I also saw some red pimple like thing around my chest scattered from on both sides of my chest maybe total of 5. Size is ballpoint tip and pinkish red, not itchy except for 1 on the left but maybe itched for only 3x in around 8days of being present.
Feverish feeling but whem orally tested around 37.6C highest, lingering feeling of something different on my throat but not sore, something like the feeling of thirst and not being able to quench it immediately.
Have lost around 5Lbs since 28th december, dont get hungry much.
Any advise suggestion is welcome, just to help me tide over this very critical few days until my doctor can see me

My apologies for a new thread, and thank you for the clarification by health advisory. My last post wasn't answered clearly with regards to the symptoms coming and going that was why I made a new one. Anyways wish me luck and sorry again for being persistent in my search for answers it is just a very taxing and stressful time of my life.
