I have burning sensation after peeing that I'm really concerned from

Im 40 years old Male, the burning sensation Started almost two months back, I had unprotected oral sex with strange woman, after maybe a week or more I started noticing this burning sensation at the tip of my dick, it became not comfortable so I visited a doctor who suggested a urine test and told me to take immidiately azithromycin.

After few days I visited the doctor who informed me that the test shows that I don't have chlamydia or gonorrhea.

Yet the pain went down allot but disappear, I visited another doctor who suggested I might have caught herpes and gave me a medicine "blue pills" that is suppose to control herpes not sure what was the name, I took the full course, but also didn't remove the burning sensation.

I do not have any kind of strange discharge or anything visible on skin or under skin.

Could this be something else? What shall I do? Please help.

It's ridiculous that your doctor jumped to herpes as a cause for this when there are probably 100 other more likely things to cause this.

It could be dehydration (even mild, so make sure you are drinking enough water and not too much alcohol or soft drinks), a UTI, a prostate problem, NGU, and a host of other things. I'd be very surprised if this is herpes.

Thanks for your kind feedback. This really help put my mind in ease.
The burning is not going, only AFTER i pee and nothing during...
When i monitor the head i notice that there is something looks like circle, very small, but i guess this was there since i born, but i really don't know as i never monitored.
Again no discharge, no smell, only constant burning sensation after peeing.
