STDs from touching partner's penis and anus and then touching own penis?

Hi,

I had sex with another man one week ago where I was active (top) and used a condom. At the same time I was touching his penis and testicles. I had also touched his anus just to put lubricant in.
After a while I removed the condom and started masturbating with one hand while fondling his penis with the other.
Is it possible that I have been transmitted with Hep or HPV or even syphillis?
I think that HIV only can be transmitted through fluids?

After how much time should I make a test? I was tested negative one month ago for HIV and chlamydia.

Hi touching like you mention is zero risk for any  std.

thank you for you answer! Am I safe even though the partner didn't have a condom? I didn't notice any precum though... And why is that touching does not transmit the disease? Because the air kills the viruses/bacteria?
