Possible mycoplasma genitalium?

OK, here's the deal.
On 11-21-14 I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with female friend number 1. On 11-28-14 I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex from female friend 2. I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with female 1 again on 11-31,12-03,and 12-04.
On 12-05 I started experiencing and slight itchy stinging feeling in the tip of my penis. No discharge,no burn during urination,no pain in testicles,no urinating more than often. Within the last week I am now experiencing a very, very slight burn AFTER I urinate.
I have experienced this slight stingy feeling before some years ago. The 1st. time I tested negative for an std and was told that I have a very sensitive  urethra and the normal bacteria in some women vaginas will irritate my penis until my body becomes accustom to HER bacteria.
The 2nd time I told my then pcp my symptoms and she gave me a broad range antibiotic and it went away.
This time I have been tested for Trichomoniasis,Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia. All came back negative. Today I read about mycoplasma genitalium. Given my symptoms could this be what I have? Does it sound like an std at all?  The stinging is very slight. The worse part of it all is that I might have infected female 1 or 2 with this if it is an std.

Hi,Howard. Thank you, thank you, thank you for responding.
When I wrote that my former pcp gave me a broad - range antibiotic I was referring to when I was displaying the same exact symptoms that I have now 6 years ago. The problem cleared up and I was fine (I don't remember the name of the antibiotic). My condition is not an ongoing problem. The problem returned after I had sex with 2 females from this past November and December.
I forgot to also add that when I was tested for Gonorrhea & Chlamydia the nurse told me that the white blood cells in my urine was elevated.
I can squeeze my penis upwards to try to squeeze a discharge out and no discharge at all will come out. Nothing white, green,or milky is in the head of my penis and the stinging I am experiencing is extremely mild. What could this be?

Welcome o the forum.

I'm not convinced you had an STD or any infection at all. If you had acquired a urethral STD, discharge would be the main symptom -- sometimes with discomfort on urination, but discomfort or stinging alone are rarely due to STD. While one can't argue with improvement with antibiotics, that could be placebo effect -- and I gather the stinging improved but didn't clear up entirely.

Presumably the tests you had were done before the antibiotic treatment, right? Which "broad spectrum antibiotic" did you take and for how long?

Could M genitalium be responsible for continuing symptoms? I doubt it. My  comments about symptoms apply to MG, i.e. no discharge makes infection unlikely. And testing for MG isn't widely available -- mostly in research labs, and test services you might find on line are not approved by regulatory agencies and their reliability is unknown.

All that said, if professional exam by an STD expert demonstrates that you have either abnormal discharge or increased white blood cells in your urethra, additional treatment might be considered, maybe including an antibiotic reliable against M genitalium, such as moxifloxacin. But I doubt this is necessary, and based on the information currently available, I don't think any antibiotic is likely to make any difference in your symptoms.
