Occasonal burning in urithra what could it be?

Hello I had an unprotected sexual encounter 7 weeks ago.  I am still experiencing occasional irritation in my urithra which I first noticed 2 days after the encounter. It was more regular at first but now seems to occur more infrequently. I also notice it hours after masterbation and feels like itching or slight burning near the head of my penis. No other symptoms to note. No discharge but maybe the skin on my shaft/foreskin seemed irritated occasionally a for a few weeks after the encounter. Today after masterbating I notice tiny red dots like little pin pricks or very very small burst blood vessels on my circumsized foreskin. Still visible but less noticeable after 12 hours. I know they were not there before as I had just examined myself. Tested negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia, hsv 1 hsv 2 and syphilis at 4 weeks.  Also tested negative for uti and kidney stones at 5 weeks.   What could it be? Is this just paranoia? HSV? Trich? Something else? Should I get retested for everything?
