Symptoms of Gonorrhoea Showing Up After Treatment??

HELP PLEASE !
I got tested for general STDs when I got an IUD inserted about a month ago and I had previously been tested and come up all clean. About 3 weeks after the test the clinic informed me that I had come up positive for gonorrhoea and that I should get treatment. At that point I had experienced no symptoms besides some spotting that I assumed was due to the new IUD.
Regardless I went and got treatment and also a retest that I haven't gotten the results of yet. I had the shot of antibiotics as well as four oral pills as directed by the doctor and I notified my boyfriend and he is going to get treatment asap.

Now its been 4 days since my treatment and I am experiencing discoloured discharge and some slightly painful urination. Prior to this I have experienced no symptoms except some spotting.

1. Is it possible I have developed a yeast infection due to the antibiotics? Should I go back and speak with the doctor?

2. Was my treatment effective or is it somehow possible it didn't work?

3. How long after treatment do symptoms of gonorrhoea continue?

4. Why would I only experience symptoms after treatment?

Thank you and please please help!
