I'm so confused to what I might have

About 6 weeks ago, I had an encounter with a questionable person and now I feel tingling on my scrotum and sometimes my penis/urethra and there's like a couple bumps-very small and a rash near my penis head glan.  I only received unprotected oral sex and I have had hsv1 as a child. No problems urinating. I have pics but I can't upload it, I'm worried bc it seems like the small dots come and go, but the rash is new and it sort of tingles/itches.

My testicles have been tingling for 6 months. Did you figure out why yours were? Did you ever resolve the issue? Thank you for any help you can provide.

See a Dr, this would not have anything to do with a STD.
