Terrified after Interaction with transexual in Japan

I was in Japan and met a newhalf (what Japanese call transexuals). She works for a shop that has transexual escorts. She was quite nice and I was careful, but even after reading the many helpful posts on here I have a few questions based on specific things we did. I am embarrassed and terrified. I have never done anything like this before and don't plan to again, but the fear from the situation is overwhelming. I can barely focus. I have four quick questions with some background for each:

1. We did not have any anal sex either way, but when she was giving me a massage her penis touched between my legs and may have touched the outside of my butthole. There was no penetration and I don't think she even did it intentionally as it mostly just brushed on my rear because of how she was sitting. Is there any risk if her penis brushed or briefly touched the outside of my rectum, but no penetration?

2. We had mostly protected oral sex. I say mostly because we both used condoms over the heads of our penises during oral, but we licked each others' shaft and scrotum quite a bit. She had no visible sores on her lips or penis. Based on what I read I think this is basically zero risk for stds including hiv, but what about all the licking of shafts and balls? I guess I am just really scared about that because I was the one who insisted we wear condoms over the penis heads for oral.

3. She drooled on penis when we mutually masturbated. She drooled right on the head. I read that using saliva as a lubricant is zero risk, but my only concern is when she drooled on the penis head it could have gotten in the urethra. Does that change anything aboutb the zero risk of saliva as a lubricant?

Finally, our penises regularly rubbed on each other and when she came from masturbation I rubbed her ejaculate into her stomach with my hand. I didn't see any posts stating whether that is a risk, but the mutual masturbation posts suggest it is not, yet I had it all over my hand as I rubbed it in. Is this a risk?

I am so sorry to ask these questions given that similar situations have been addressed, and that you wonderful people volunteer your time to help less knowledgeable people like myself. Its just that my situation is slightly different on each element, and I am not sure if that makes a difference or if it all falls into reasonably safe practices given the condoms. Thank you!
