I have been on this forum for awhile now and have been managing but i dont know what else to do at this point. I am a teen, good kid, stay in school, keep good grades, and everything else i need to do. This is the first ever time i have ever done something rebellious or out of place and i regret it so much. About 3 months ago (june 11) i let someone persuade me into doing something. I told them that i had never done anything before so we needed to be slow, they understood. They started off by giving me oral analingus which lasted a couple minutes. Our genitals did touch and rub briefly..not even a whole 10 seconds and then after that he tried to put his penis in ( about 4 times)but he was soft so it ddnt go far, plus we used no lube. Shortly after this i stopped and told him that i ddnt wanna continue. I then left and began to feel a weirdness in my anus a couple hours later. Over the course of days it slowly turned to pain. Shortly after that i got slight itching in my groin fold area i put moisturizing cream on it which was probably a bad idea. Shortly after that my whole groin area began to burn. I have been checking my penis and pubic area alot since then and there was no physical symptoms..no bumps, clusters, lesions. I went to the ER and after explaining my symptoms they said they ddnt see anything wrong so he said for my groin it was nothing and for my anus he “ddnt see anything.” So i took it upon myself to make my own diagnosis and assumed what i have is a enternal anal fissure because i felt around and felt a cut right in the inside of my anus. After about 3 weeks all my symptoms seemed to go away completely for about a week and a half and returned but this time in my genital area it spreaded from just around my pubic area to ON my actual penis, had and still have consistant testicle pain randomly.i had itching and stinging on my shaft, groin area, inside urethra, and itchiness like outside around my anus and i notice it worsens when i sweat.. for example in gym class. When it came back this time im seeing actual physical things now. In the passed 4 weeks i’ve seen 2 very small bumps pop up on my penis which r only noticeable if i actually look for them. I was erect when i found them both and they stayed nomore than 4 days before dissapearing. I then got another appointment scheduled and this time they asked me the questions..yes my mom was in the room.. and when they asked if i was sexually active i did say no.. i continued to tell her my symptoms and basically she told me she thought i had a allergic reaction and a dermatitus, she checked my privates and seen NOTHING again then gave me a urine test to rule out bacterias and infections...the test came back completely normal and she sent me on my way with a cream prescription. Today about a month later, i have used the last treatment of the cream..and just my luck.. symptoms are slightly back. I want to believe its nothing and me just having a reaction to the cream but all of this is just too much of a  coincidence as I doubt the moisturizing cream i put on initially could cause all this. I feel like soon even tho i will be in BIGGGG trouble that i will have to come clean to my family. If this was infact is an std which one does it sound like, and if him putting his soft penis slightly in with me having a cut could yhis be risk?Anyone have any extra advice or knowledge to drop on me?
