Is this Epididymis? Or a a STD?

About a month ago I picked up a prostitute from the street. She gave me a ******** WITHOUT a condom, 3 days later I started getting really worried about what I did and went to the doctors and got a HIV and STD test.which all came back negative. About a week later I'm having lower abdomen pain near my groin which is swollen and bloating also my testicals are reddish and swollen and has a lump/bump. My questions are:

1. Why am I having lower abdomen pain and swelling near my groin area?

2. What kind of infection do you think I have? What infection is it possible to get from a ********?

3.will the swelling and lump/bump go away on its own

4. Do you think anxiety/stress has anything to do with these things because it's been a month and all I do is think about what I did.

5. Is it possible for me to have a infection/STD which a doctor can't detect?

Hi,
1. not an std symptom but white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating are.
2. you appear to have more of an injury from the act itself.
3. have a doc look at the lump
