Is there a posibility of STD?

Hi, I had sex with a prostitute 5 days ago, at first it was protected but at the end the condom came off and we continued having sex without condom. I ejaculated in her. Now from the fourt day i'm experiencing a slight pain and discomfort in my right testicle. could this be an indication for STD/HIV? Please help me, I'm feeling pretty tensed right now considering chances of getting STD. As a precaution i took 1g AZITHROMYCIN single dose and 400mg CEFIXIME. I hope you revert back soon.

Pain in testicle can be from many things, see a Dr if concerned right now.

Masterbation is not a concern.

Self medication is not good as now you have to wait to test. At this point can't really say what you can do other then wait a couple of weeks and test for STD's.
