Could this be an STD?

About 2 months ago I had a sexual encounter, in which I pulled down my pants and a girl pulled down hers, and we touched each other. About 3-4 weeks later I developed a rash on my groin, at first it looked like groupings of smooth, flat, and fresh colored bumps, but then it looked rash like after a few days. It went away within a week. But I have a history of jock itch. Also, I remembered that on my thigh, in the front not inner or outer, there was at what I thought at the time was a pimple. I poppe it and it healed. It looked like folliculitus. Early on I noticed that my hair was falling out at the slightest rub or pull. I also developed tiny bumps in my mouth that seem to have gone away. I did not kiss her. Could this be syphilis or another STD/STI?
