Not sure what i have Please help :(

My ex girlfriend told me she had about 9 sexual partners before we got together and in the beginning while we where first dating. we had unpretected sex after dating for 2 years and we broke up after she cheated on me. I have had a burning sensation while urinating, My penis has a horrible smell to it, i have some sort of soars on the underside of my penis on the shaft not on the head. i have had them for about a year now they are painless and have never discharged or anything like that. i dont have soars anywhere else in my body. i also believe sometimes i get a clear discharge not a thick white. can anyone tell me what i might have. I am terribly scared to go to the doctor.

If you never received anal sex then you don't have an STD in that area.
Being broken up for over 2 years I doubt that you would have an STD that is just showing symptoms now.

I would follow up with your Dr on your new symptoms.

we have been broken up for 2.5 years. i noticed the bumpb about 2 years ago because i check myself because i had the burning while urinating. Idk if this is relivent but i have been having rectal problems also the doctor says its because lack of fiber but i have had this problem for over a year now. Every single time i wipe i have spots of  blood.I have an anal tear he says but it never goes away and he also calls it "the squirts" i think I am having anal secretion. Could that be a symptom of an std even though i am 100% straight. i have looked at pictures on lots of health sights but none look like what i have.

You need to go to a Dr to get checked out and possibly tested. We can not tell you what you have.
How long have you and your ex been broken up for and how long have you had these symptoms and how when did they start?
