Which STD do I have?

Hi, I need your help in a somewhat messed up situation that I find myself in. I had protected sex with 3 different sex workers in August on 10th, 24th and 27th. The first sex worker had a foul smelling vagina with small, flesh coloured bumps in the pubic region. The other two appeared to be fine. After having sex with the first sex worker, I noticed that I also had the same foul smell coming from my penis for the next few days, although quite mild and not all the time. I had two condoms on me while we had sex, so I don't know how it happened. On 2nd September evening, I suddenly had a fever (~99°F) alongwith slight muscle pain in my legs and a headache. The next day muscular pain was gone but I started to develop a dry throat.Since then, the fever has been mild and it kind of suddenly comes up for a few minutes(~10-15 minutes) 3-4 times a day, mostly after I do something tiring, and then goes off. These bouts of fever are accompanied by slight headache. I went to a Physician and got myself tested for HIV, which gave negative result. But the urine test showed 30-40/hpf of pus cells, which the doctor has interpreted as a UTI and now I am taking medication for it. Today evening the dryness and phlegm in my throat has suddenly increased to a large extent. There was also a bout of fever and tiredness for about an hour. I don't have any swollen lymph nodes or skin rashes. I don't understand what is happening to me! Am I going through mild ARS symptoms? Is this some STD otherthen HIV? How can I get a UTI with a condom on? Please help me identify my situation. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, your correct using a condom would prevent contracting most std,s and ones you would be at risk for are herpes, hpv and symptoms. This has nothing to do with HIV but may have something to do with herpes as the fever and pain could be considered as these are consistant with acquiring herpes. Just keep an eye out for a sore developing below your waist and if you get one have it swabbed for a culture. Other wise wait 3 month for a herpes test.

Sorry correction its herpes, hpv and "syphilis" not symptoms as condoms are not 100% effective in preventing these.
