Mycoplasma Hominis & ureaplasma urealyticum

I tested positive for these two, but from what I read online I don’t have to get them treated if they are not causing any issues, which they aren’t, Is it true? Or should I seek treatment for them since I am sexually active?

Thats true. M. Hommis and U. Urealyticum can be found is normal healthy urinary tracts :)
