What do u think

Hi.  I'm going to try to make this fast.  I had unprotected oral sex with a Transgender.   My last tests for gonorrhea  and clymidia were done at 3 weeks via throat swab and was negative.   Hiv, syphilis and acute and were done at 11 week. They were negative.    At this point it's been a little over 3 months and I have puss in the back of my throat a gurgling stomach and very loose stool.  Which I never had before prior to this episode.
1...can I have syphilis in the throat and will that always show on blood work?
2... how reliable are the throat swabs and if they don't swab the infected part will it show up?
3.... how do u feel about my test results and why are these things happening to me?

Please help I just need some answers and should I be tested for anything else

Thanks
