Need help diagnosing, really worried

I have these small painless red bumps under my foreskin, when I rub them they flake white skin, the area also looks a little inflamed like a rash would. I am a virgin, but had unprotected oral sex two months ago, I went to my doctor frequently after that because I was worried and did not develop any symptoms of STDs what so ever. I have noticed these red bumps after being on Cefuroxime Axetil, an antibiotic to get rid of follicitus, hives are a side effect of that medication and I always very medication sensitive. It might also be a yeast infection from using antibiotics for such a long amount of time, I tried the method of spitting into a glass of water when you first wake up to test for an oral yeast infection, and sure enough my spit was stringy and cloudy, as if yeast were in it. I also had been masturbating using latex condoms and some KY lube at times, which I think may also have triggered a reaction. I have no idea what is going on, it is not painful at all, just very troubling to look at. Please help.

the "spit" test for yeast infections is totally bogus. why folks continue to believe this because they read it on the internet is beyond me.

this doesn't sound at all like warts.

it doesn't sound like it's std related at all.

your options are, go and be seen and get a proper evaluation or try self treating with otc jock itch cream and see if that helps.

Medications can cause some of the symptoms you have. go to www.medications.com and chack if yuor atibiotic is related to some of the symptoms.

STD highly doubtful.

Thank you both for your responses, really put my fears to rest, I just get nervous and the worrying just makes everything so much worse. I am supposed to be on an antibiotic for another two months, I can't imagine that will help my current situation at all, the antibiotic just seems to make the yeast worse. I just started noticing the tell tale white patches inside my mouth, and they're not strep, I know what that looks like.

I sure hope so, a fungal issue that leads to the formation of red bumps though? I have been thinking it might be a yeast infection due to the number of antibiotics I have been on, and I never noticed anything like this till I started the antibiotics.

It sounds like a fungal issue.  Chances of you getting an std from unprotected oral are very very very low.

Thinking I might have some genital warts going on, not nearly as scared about that result, was really worried it might be herpes, which it obviously is not.

Meant to say they are NOT forming scabs.

Nobody? Le sigh, I don't really think it's an STD had it been herpes I would have noticed something during April, and these are breaking and forming scabs, they're just red dots and some dry flaky skin.
