Need help with figuring out what is wrong?

After protected sex 3 months ago at a massage parlor I have developed upper and lower abdominal pain with burning and fullness, along with lower back pain. I had sex with my wife a month and a half after exposure and she developed a bad UTI and the same abdominal pressure and back pain as I have. She has taken 3 courses of antibotics and still has some symptoms.  I Have had 2 chlamydia and Gonorrhea urine tests and both were negative. I have rencently had a full panel std test done, HIV, Hep B/C, Herp 1 & 2 Syphilis, trich, and chlamydia and gonorrhea all neg.  What could this be? A different STD? Could this be hepatitis A?
