Need to get re-tested or not?

Do I need to be treated?  Like many others I’m having a freak out moment regarding a recent encounter with an escort.  We had protected oral and vaginal sex and I believe the condom stayed on the whole time.  I’ve been needing to urinate more often and have felt a throbbing pain in my testicle.

I went in to get checked out and they looked at my urine and said it was very diluted from all of the water I’ve been drinking so they didn’t see anything under the microscope.  However they did say due my urine being so diluted its possible it didn’t show up.  I had this test 5 days after the encounter.

So do I warrant anymore testing or should I chalk this up to nerves and anxiety?

Thanks for your comments.

I'd say ease up on the water, give it a week, and see how you feel.  If you want to re-test the, that's fine.
