When is a syphilisis test conclusive?

Here is the history of my sysphlis test results after an exposure with an Asian women where I don't remember if I wore protection or not. Exposure was on March 20. It was anal and oral sex.
1 month after exposure: April 20: Nonreactive= Main RPR Qualtive.
3 months after exposure: July 10: Nonreactive = Main RPR Qualitive.
5 months after exposure: Septhember 1st: Nonreactive = RPR.
Is this enough testing?
When is a syphlisis test considered conclusive?
What does a qualitive mean in a rpr test?
And my last question is I've had 2 marks on my upper lip that look like a blister/Sore in one month. Can this be related to late syphlisis? Is it possible that my RPR test that catch it?
Please help me, I really need it. P.S one of the marks on my upper lip was one week before my September 1st test and then reappeared one week later.
