Negative for ghonnorhia and chlymydia, but still have symptoms

I got tested last week for chlymydia and ghonnorhia after having burning sensation when I urinate and yellowish discharge from the penis after about a week. The results for both came back negative today, but I still have all the symptoms. Can anyone help me with this one? I have no clue what it could be then
