Normal unrestrained supposed to look like?

During this std scare, I seem to have forgotten what a normal (male) urethra is supposed to look like.  Is there a certain amount of wetness that should be seen?  Not abundant. But not bone dry either?

I can't tell if I have a healthy urethra, a scant amount of clear discharge, or a serious OCD issue, and am checking too much...

Thoughts?

In my urethrea there is a certain amount of wetnes. Its not bone dry. If i go back to the back side and milk forward i would see some wetness. There is always some fluid, even after peeing, if you dont shake it, some pee will drip out a while later. The whole uratic system is lubricated. There is either urine, prostate lube or sperm hanging around. Even if you sit with tight pants some prostate fluid will be forced out. The older you get, them things leak even more. If you masterbate too much, you overwork the valve that shuts the sperm sack and you will end up with sperm leakage. very common.

Believe me, I know...

I'd love nothing more than to put this behind me.  Just trying to cover all the bases, and finding good information online is very difficult - everything online is bad news.

Just looking for a bit of reassurance.
