Receiving Oral Sex - Realistic odds

Dumb mistake....I had unprotected oral sex ( reciepient) and some short deep kissing ( French kissing) with a woman. She is very promiscuous and also in an open marriage / swinger and looked to be quite unhealthy and a heavy smoker. My question is what are my odds of receiving a STD? It’s been 14 days since exposure and I’ve had no symptoms per se but I noticed two days ago I developed a small circular raised ulcer on my anus. I’m freaking out! Can you receive a Syphilis chancre in a spot that was never touched? . I have been in a monogamous relationship with my wife  and dont want to pass anything on to her. To be quite honest I feel like I might have been. Drugged since this behavior is 100 percent different than the person that I am. I was drinking heavily that night but still out of the ordinary behavior since nothing like this has ever happened to me and I have never even thought of pursuing a situation like this. BTW this was in Texas.

Thank you for your answer! One post question, should I be worried about HPV? Also, I dont remember but had she stuck her finger in my ***, would that be a factor for chance on anus had she had an infection in her hand/Finger? And just odds in general....Odds of contracting anything from oral sex if she was infected with anything? Thank you again.......Just trying to ease my worried/anxious/off!

Hi no the chancre would be at point of contact so rule out your anus area. oral is low risk but since your married test for gono at 7 days post exposure, syphilis at 6 weeks and herpes at 3 months. this is for her protection.
