Help please - Red rash for 5 months

Hi friends,
I have had a redish pinkish penis shaft and head for almost 5 months that is mostly always there.  I have
been tested for everything herpes and all STDS to negative HSV2 and all STDs.  HSV1 cold sore virus
was positive and an old infection.

My penis may look normal but after sex it will get red and sore again and then ill apply cream and it will settle
down again.  The redness is around my penis glands and the base of the penis head.  If anyone can help id be grateful.  Thank you.

But have you seen a Dr for an exam so he/she can see what the rash is? I can say this is not a STD, but not sure what it is.

Hi dear Life360,

Im using - miconazaole cream - which seems to make a difference. Yesterday I was irritated and applied it and it went away overnight and I am seemingly normal with a little redness.  It just doesnt seem like herpes but it is always there..thanks so much.
