Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?

I had protected sex with a girl a barely knew about a month and a half ago (Apr 3rd?).  She sucked on my penis (unprotected) for about 30 seconds.  I then put a condom on and had vaginal sex.  I haven't had any symptoms, but my normal partner is having abnormal spotting (her period is usually on the 20th and she started spotting on the 10th)  should I be worried about an STD or is this probably something else?  I have had no symptoms, the girl i barely knew has had no symptoms, and I did not have contact with my partner again until 2 weeks after i had the incident with the girl i barely knew.  Thanks for the help.  I'm really worried i could have given something to my partner.  Is it possible she would see symptoms before me even if she contracted the disease 2 weeks after me?

Thanks for the re-assurance.  I figured since I didn't have any symptoms for so long and I had only had unprotected oral for 30 seconds or so with no ejaculation I should be safe, but when she started spotting I got really worried.
I made a stupid mistake and will never do it again.  I'm hoping it doesn't endanger her health and it's just a UTI, yeast infection, or implantation bleeding

Her symptoms most likely have nothing to do with a STD. You had a low risk encounter that I would not be worried about.
