Disappearing symptoms

I know the title is a little weird, but it goes like this.

I was a little sexually active last time, with my last activity on February, which includes some mutual masturbation and oral sex. After that, I never had anymore activities till September. However, during the month May, I experienced a discomfort in my penis, itching of the urethra, pain while urinating a little, and clear discharge too. Immediately, I knew it wasn't normal. However, I did not went to the doctor after that. And after 3 days or so, the pain and discharge went away.

6 months has past, and right now, I had taken a STD test recently, but unfortunately doesn't include gonorrhea. When I told the doctor my situation, he said it was more of a chlamydia symptom, because it was a clear discharge, not yellow. And after reading a few posts here too, I found out that a blood test for chlamydia isn't accurate too, which I had taken, and it came back negative.

So, my question is, is this normal, for symptoms to just fade away? What does this means?

Really? Does masturbating too vigorously and frequently with improper lube can cause these symptoms?

I did masturbate quite vigorously during that time of May. I still remember masturbating trice a day, and that is how I found out about the discharge after a few days of vigorous masturbating

Sorry for the little graphical content.

follow up on this. we'd totally be guessing as to what is going on.  your symptoms really don't even sound all that unusual at all - itching happens and so does periodically clear discharge from the penis.  make sure if you masturbate, you use a good sex lube too so you aren't irritating the delicate genital skin or causing symptoms from using something not meant to go in the urethra.

What does this disappearing symptoms means? Does it means that the std is gone? Or it is still there, without showing any signs?

I'd follow up with urine testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia , ngu and trich at this point and make sure that they manually examine your prostate.

Nope. Not at all. He just told me to get a STD test with. I was tested for HIV, chlamydia and syphllis.

yes, many std symptoms will just go away on their own.

not likely it took a few months until you experienced symptoms of chlamydia or gonorrhea.

did they examine your prostate at all?
