I am a guy and I performed anal intercourse (giving) the other night. After I had ejaculated, I performed anal intercourse on my partner and my penis was not fully erect (I will explain the reason for that statement shortly). After intercourse, I went to urinate and I got a sharp pain in my urethral opening. I have had this happen before when I urinate after sex, due to the apparent friction of the act on the urethra, or how ever it is explained. Usually this pain happens just once and goes away until the next time i have sex. It has been 4 days since and I still have the sharp pain. It isn't a constant pain, except lately I have been feeling it a little more when I do not urinate or ejaculate. It feels like a pin prick when I start to urinate and then it's over. The pain doesn't last through the entire urination.
I show no signs of any other symptoms. I researched the symptoms of just about every STD and Chlamydia seems to jump out at me, except I have no discharge, I do not experience a prolonged 'burning' sensation as I urinate nor any other symptoms. Not only that, the STD would not manifest itself immediately after being infected. I had a friend who did have Chlamydia and spoke with him and explained my symptoms and he is quite sure that I do not have it. Which is good to hear, but still intend on getting tested.
The reason for the comment earlier about the partially flacid bit is because I had also read that I could have 'damaged' the urethral opening and it seems a likely reason since I pretty much had to force it (apologize for the wording of that).
Another issue I am having, is earlier today, I urinated and felt no pain at all. I of course figured it wasn't a big deal to begin with, but then the next time I urinated, I felt the pain.
I am quite confused and would like to know if anyone has experienced this? I am going to the health dept tomorrw to test for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea as well as Urethritis.
