Possible STD/STI?

2 weeks ago yesterday i went to massage place, and recieved oral sex from the worker there. She used a condom, however she put the condom on with her mouth, it lasted about 2 minutes.
After i left there (same day), and since i have fealt an irritation on the shaft of my penis ..(mostly feel it when i am wearing tighter clothing)...i have had this irritation before, and in the past the doctor called it like a fungel irritation or jock itch, and prescribed me Ketoconazole cream, which i have used for a about a week now.
Yesterday i started to get a bad sore throat and a fever of 100.1....(i have been around alot of people the last week who have been sick with a cold, sore throat, etc)

What i would like to know is, could the sore throat and fever be linked to the irriration on the penis? Also, what are the chances i could have contacted an STD/STI?

You dont think the sore throat and fever could be due to an STD/STI?
Does it matter she put the condom on me with her mouth?
Last question, how long until the irritation on the penis goes away, ive been using the cream for about 9 days already.

no its not and using the mouth is zero risk as far as your irritation im not sure whats causing it
