Is it possible that I have contracted syphillis

2 weeks ago I met up with my ex and we ended up having mutual oral sex. I didn't notice any sores or anything on his penis. Now 2 weeks later as I'm homework I notice this very small painless bump on the inside of my bottom lip. I have been googling pictures of syphilis sores but all I see is very drastic pictures. The bump I have is very small almost unnoticeable nor is it hard. what could it be??

Hi, with syphilis, he would need to have an open syphilis canker sore to come in contact with an open mouth sore to be at risk. What you describing appears more of a typical fat cell esp if its painless.
