Any info on stds?

Hi everyone on November 10 i had an encounter with a sex worker, everything was protected. We had to change condoms three times because i couldnt stay erect. They were all in tact. I seen my doctor the week after for an unrelated issue and told him about this. He said i should be fine and that i should let him know if i had pain in my testicles, discharge or pain urinating. So then i started to think about it more and more, my testicles started to hurt a bit and the tip of my foreskin was feeling a bit cold. No pain urinating but idk if my penis is cold because of discharge or because of urine or water getting stuck in there. I have a very long foreskin. So idk if id even know if i had discharge because of my long foreskin. Any info would be great. Thank you.

Hi using a condom would prevent any germs from entering your penis so there would not be any discharge from the act with the worker.

So an update. I got tested for gono and chlamydia and the tests were negative. But I just went to the bathroom and noticed what looked like a little patch of dry skin on my foreskin. This spot would have been covered by my condom. It doesn't hurt or itch. Just looks like a small piece of dry skin. Any info would be great thanks @life360_dave
