Help

I had brief unprotected oral and vaginal sex with an unknown partner.  Besides being completely emotionally torn up, I felt a mild uncomfortable burn when not urinating.  It doesn't hurt when I urinate, just when I'm not.  I started feeling this the very next day, probably less than 10 hours afterwards.  What could this be?  I'm a day and a half into a Cipro prescription.  I'm really freaked out by this.  I know anxiety can play into this a lot, but I'm literally making myself sick over this.  Can you help?

10 hours or even 1 day after anything unprotected would not give a symptom of a STD. Too quick it takes at least 2 days for signs of anything.

It could be irritation and it can last days. If it does not clear up in a couple of days see a Dr.
But also any unprotected encounter can lead to transmission, even without symptoms.

After reading some other posts, I have to say that the morning after, I scrubbed my penis with soap.  I know it was only a mental thing, but could my symptoms be from that?  How long would the symptoms last?  This happened roughly 53 hours ago.
