Will my STD test result be accurate? Please help.

I mistakenly told the clinic that I last urinated one hour before I took the STD urine test. Upon further recall, I now believe it was around 40 minutes from the last time I urinated before the STD urine test. Will this make my STD results inaccurate?

Thank you for any help you give me.

Hi and welcome. Most likely but when the results come back double check with the care provider.

I understand that it is highly advisable to take STD urine test 1-2 hours from the last I urinated. Would 40 minutes be enough?
