Small bumps inside urethra when erect

Hi there,

I've recently noticed that when I have an erection, the opening of my urethra has a bump right in the middle and on the left side. It's darkish in color and almost looks like a bruise. In addition, a little deeper down my urethra, about .2/.3 cm, I noticed another protrusion on the right side, that kind of looks like a small cluster of bumps. These ones are skin colored.

It doesn't hurt to urinate or ejaculate. Also, I have been healing from a minor case of balanitis, but it's been mostly focused around the rim of my penis head, I think it's referred to as the corona? Could the bumps inside my urethra be related to the balanitis, or something more serious?

The bumps decrease in size dramatically, and for the most part are unnoticeable when I am not erect. The one by the opening also fades in color.

Admittedly, ever since I could remember, when I urinate if it's a light flow, I tend to have two streams. So I'm thinking the bump at the opening might have always been there, but I'm not sure. I noticed it the other day and thought it looked odd, granted I never really look in that area.

What could they be and should I keep an eye out for anything else that might hint to something more?
