What penis infection causes entire shaft of penis to turn a pale creamy white color

While I was with my recent ex gf my penis started to itch uncontrollably while taking a shower one day and I noticed red oval shaped  rashes scattered all over my penis it went away 2days later but every few months it would randomly appear again but after the last outbreak a few weeks ago after it healed up my entire shaft of my penis turned like a ghost white color almost looks like my penis is dead my pubic area also turned a darkish brown color and you can clearly see the difference in color that starts right at the base of my shaft.the whitesh color now covers almost 50% of my ball sack and my entire penis up to the head and sometimes the head is a purplish blue color just like a deceased person looks.i also have been having pains in my intestines and my lower right side by my appendix.the hospital said everything was fine and there's no infection but never did give an answer as to why my penis looks like  it's a freaking zombie can someone please help me figure out what this Is before my penis falls off ..ty

This is not an STI. Most likley some kind of skin condition but you must see your doctor.

Take photos of it through the week to show the doctor as well.
