Risk and test for HIV and syphilis

I has MSM, the behavior receiving oral sex, receiving rimming, receiving fingering with saliva in anus. Tested at 18 days, all std tested, all negative. Do I have to test again? For HIV and syphilis? Are they conclusive?

Neither HIV or syphilis tests are not conclusive at this point.
I wouldn't worry about HIV much. As for syphilis, you should test again at 6 weeks.
Tests like RPR, VDRL and TRUST are conclusive at 6 weeks, home testing kits are also very accurate at 6 weeks.

No test necessary at ALL for HIV.  No need to test again as there was no risk for HIV.  Only sexual risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal sex.  NO ONE has ever been infected with HIV from the activities mentioned.

Anyone have some idea?
Your question has been already answered. There is little point in trying to hurry things up. If you need more info, please. clarify your question.
First, thank you for giving me your idea. But I wish to have some more idea. Your personal idea would not be that convincing. So I hope more people can share idea about syphilis, do I have to test it again?
Grobick has answered your question thoroughly. His info is easily verified with a quick google search on syphilis testing.

It is not our job to convince you, but to give you information that can help in your decision making.

It is up to you whether or not you want to test again. A syphilis test at 18 days is not conclusive.
