Risk of getting STDs by performing oral on a woman (cunnilingus)?

What is the risk of getting infected by STDs by performing oral on a woman (cunnilingus)? Which STDs are more likely to be passed?

Bumps on the woman.
Same risk...very low.

Thanks Vance. The bumps are to be noticed where, in the female body or in some area of male who has given the oral?

Also whats the risk of STDs on performing oral - anal (rimming) on female?

It is a very low risk activity. No STD is more likely then others. It is not really a concern unless you notice bumps then that might indicate something like HPV or herpes.
