STD from getting ** in a massage shop

nearly a month ago I got a BJ with no condom from a woman in a massage shop in Hong Kong. i didn't cum.

2 days later I got back home I went and had a STD test.

the doctor gave me 8 x 250g of Azith as a prevention in one go. got some diareah about 4 hours later.

the next week the results come back negative and he did another urin test. that came bsck ok. i then had sex with my girlfriend.

then my mate told me about sifilis and it is a blood test. it doesn't show up for a while so I should go back to the doctor and get a blood test. i went back and only saw the nurse,so I felt embaresed asking her questions. the result come back negative on both sifilis and hiv and I don't have it after 26 days.

I don't have any spots but I have had an achy feeling inside my knob the last week. it doesn't hurt when I pee. the feeling come and go.

i get married next week so I am stressed out. for some questions.

q. does the 8 x 250 Azith also protect against sifilis?

q. does a 25 day sifilis test mean I don't have sifilis.

if I have sifilis can I pass it to my girlfriend if I don't have spots or symptoms. i already had sex with her after my urin results come back when I did not know about sipilis.
