STD from oral?

Girlfriend (35) and I (41) had a threesome with a stripper 5 weeks ago.  Unprotected oral on me, protected sex with stripper, no penetration with girlfriend.  Girlfriend got jealous cause I wasnt supposed to have sex with her, but after we all fell asleep, she woke up and caught us doing it.  We got in a big fight, but made up but its been rough.

Girlfriend and I had unprotected sex 4-5 days later and then she started her period.  Her period was abnormal, lasting more than twice as long, bad cramps, heavy bleeding.

9 days after threesome, I had a semen like discharge in the morning when i woke up.  Girlfriend had given me a vigorous handjob the night before so i just thought it was leftover.

With girlfriends period, we started to worry.  One morning i milked a drop of white fluid from myself and we both decided to get tested.  Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trich all negative...  exactly two weeks after threesome.

Girlfriend started antibiotics for chest infection and started spotting.  Doc said was probably the antibiotic and to stop taking it.

I have had no other discharge, but tip of my penis has been irritated, feels cold/tingly sometimes, and my pee smells burnt.  Also started peeing a little, like dribbles in my sleep.  Doc told me Im just feeling guilty for cheating on my girlfriend, her bad period was cause of the stress, doxacyclene could cause her spotting, i need to drink more water, and its all in my head but he's not the best doc just the cheapest.

Her doc wants to wait for her next period to see if its bad, but i dont want to sit on it cause ive read about PID and dont want her to get it.

I just dont get how me being stressed could cause all my symptoms, especially the ongoing irritation on the tip of my penis and when it almost seems to come and go.

Ok, lets keep this simple.

You had oral sex. Is there a risk? Yes. Is there a big risk? No. Most experts state that you do not need to test after a single non-protected encounter of oral sex with no symptoms. You said vaginal sex was protected.

You were tested 2 weeks after the incident which proves you do not have chlamydia or gono - 2 of the main reasons of discharge which is good.

I cant answer your your partners period.... thats outside of my expertise but im sure AJ will be along at some point and will know more than me about that.

I actually agree with your doctor about the dribbling to an extent. Guilt and stress causes physiological symptoms  which can manifest in different ways. There is something called CPPS (google it) which is often non-bacterial and is made worse with stress, as it causes certain muscle to contract and irritate the prostate causing milky fluid. You may also notice it after a large bowel movement. This is often fixed by relaxing, increase water intake and stretching twice a day. If you YouTube CPPS stretches there are sine great videos to stretch with.

Lack of water and milking the penis also causes it to become sore and red.

thanks!  Read up a bit and maybe thats it.  I would like to hear others thoughts on my girlfriends symptoms.⁷
Yes, as someone who's had many, many periods, stress affects periods in big, bad and ugly ways. Waking up to see my bf having sex with the stripper, next to me sleeping, in our bed, and dealing with the aftermath would count as that level of stress, I'm sure.

You are negative for STIs. If you're concerned, if you're gf is concerned, she can test. She'll need to wait for 3 weeks after she took the doxy if she was on it for more than a day or two though.

SillyMistake has already addressed your symptoms, but I do want to say that if you have to milk your penis to see discharge, that's not an STI discharge. STI discharge is just there without you doing anything. You don't have to squeeze, milk, or manipulate your penis to see it.

Your relationship took a big huge hit. I don't know how long you've been together, but if you're going to try to fix it, I'd suggest couple's therapy.
