STD possibility??

I am a 30 year old male.  I recently stopped at a rest stop to use the restroom (absolute emergency).  I ran in to the restroom at sat down on the toilet.  I was pretty much done within a minute and noticed I had something on the tip of my penis.  It was feces, I think.  I must have hit the bowl with the tip of my penis and got some on me.  I wiped it off but I think some got in my tip.  This was about 4 to 5 weeks ago.  Since then I've noticed some blotchy redness on the head of my penis.  The tip seems to be a little irritated.  There is no discharge, no pain, no cloudy urnine, nothing other than some redness.  I kind of feel like I have a little testicle tension, but I'm not sure if it's because I have focused on my penis 24/7.  The redness seems to be more apparent when I have an erection.  I've had the redness since then on the tip and the head.  Some days it is almost unnoticable but is still there.  What are the chances I could have contracted something?  The feces did seem a little fresh/wet.  I almost threw up I was so disgusted.  I am a very clean person but the emergency could not be helped.  I am married and not sure what to do.  I have not had sex with my wife since (too worried).  What could it be?  Can someone please help ( I understand a diagnosis cannot be given without seeing me).  Just suggestions would help.

This is more likely to be from your examining your penis frequently than it is anything from the toilet.

suggestion: first see your GP/MD then possibly see a psychiatrist. you are obsessing over the impossible. there's no way you could contract an STD via the "Happy Days" method of contact via toilet seat.
