STD risks

Made a bad decision had sex at a massage parlor received protected oral and protected vaginal sex , condom did not break or bust , going to DR tomorrow to ask about PEP , I know hpv syphilis and herpes will be biggest risks but HIV just scares **** out of me, hong long after encounter should I wait to do full panel testing

You are over reacting. Protected oral and protected vagina. For HIV? That is ZERO risk for both. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus and only the head of your penis needs to be covered during intercourse. Which yours was. You had zero risk for hiv. If someone gave you PEP from this exposure, that would be HIGHLY irresponsible of them. As to other std's, your risk was so small. In the abscense of symptoms, you do not even need to test.
