STD Question and Risk Very Basic

This will be my final question regarding the risks I may have engaged in. I've learned a lot about the ways HIV are and aren't transmitted as well as testing options. I also understand now that receiving oral sex poses a low risk for STD's. My final question is as follows and an answer will be appreciated.

Would brief unprotected frottage pose a high risk for STD's?

Single exposure that lasted three minutes. Took place 4 months ago. Since the incident I've had no obvious visual symtoms. Can it be safe to assume this one time risk given no symtoms at all on my end would suggest that I may have dodged the bullet?

I do understand some STD's have no symptoms per se, but statistically, without any symptoms at all can I begin to move forward from all of the worrying I've done?

Thank you again for your help. This last question answered will have helped me out with my questions.

Im not sure what more we can add with information as you have been answered in the HIV and std commuites already but i read into your last question that your looking for absolute confirmation that you dont have an std but only testing would confirm this. No one hear can say your in the clear as is only an opinion.

Understood and thank you. I guess what I'm getting at is without any symptoms at all would the chances that I contracted an STD from a brief exposure be less likely? Thank you kindly again.
